Terms of Service

By creating an account or using glinr.com and our products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and GLINR Studios regarding the Services, alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Effective date: the date you first access the Services or accept these Terms, whichever is earlier.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password.

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months, with 30 days notice by email.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users accounts.

Scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond the permitted API rate limits.

Use the Services to build a competing product or to reverse-engineer our software.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

We provide at least 30 days notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.

Annual plans: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected].

Monthly plans: cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

The Services, including code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by GLINR Studios or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you create with or upload to the Services. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Financial features (such as Quarter tax estimates and Safe-to-Spend) are projections, not financial or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLINR Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

EU and UK consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, email [email protected] and describe the dispute. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

EU and UK consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
